Within the hour during business hours, you'll get a flat-rate quote back — no mileage or fuel surprises. Once you approve, we lock in the delivery date and time window. Need it same-day for an emergency? Call and say so — we have emergency delivery slots reserved every day.
Our driver arrives at your site, positions the trailer where you want it, levels it, plugs it into a standard 110V outlet, and sets the temperature. Before we leave, we verify it's holding at your target temp — cooler (33–50°F) or freezer (0–32°F). No guesswork, no "it'll cool down eventually."
Load it, unload it, run it as long as your rental allows. Plastic strip curtain retains cold when the door is open. E-track on the walls holds straps, shelves, or load dividers. If something doesn't feel right — call. 24/7 support, every rental.
When you're done, call or email — we'll come get it. No return logistics on your end, no drop-off fees, no "left the keys under the mat" nonsense. We unplug it, hitch up, and haul it away.
Standard 110V — the same outlet you'd plug a refrigerator into. No electrician, no generator, no 220V service required. A regular extension cord works for short runs.
Anywhere reasonably level and accessible by pickup truck. Gravel lot, asphalt parking space, grass (if dry and firm), loading dock — it's all fair game. Let us know ahead of time if the site is tight and we'll size the trailer accordingly.
Any temperature between 0°F (freezer) and 50°F (cooler). Same trailer — we set it at setup based on what you're storing.
